• Below is the Checklist that an Atlantic Technician will be required to complete

1. Check thermostat for proper operation.
2. Inspect and clean condensate pan.
3. Inspect and clean drain line.
4. Test thermostat operation.
5. Clean washable air filters or replace with customer provided filter.
6. Check safety switch on drain pan.
7. Clean inside of air handler
8. Check blower operation and amperage readings.
9. Inspect indoor coil and blower wheel for proper operation.
10. Inspect blower assembly.
11. Check blower speed.
12. Check heat strip operation amperage readings.
13. Clean outdoor unit of debris.
14. Check outdoor unit for corrosion.
15. Check electrical connections.
16. Inspect for visible refrigerant leaks.
17. Check operating pressures and temperatures.
18. Check refrigerant levels.
19. Check for proper operating voltage/amperage draw.
20. Lubricate moving parts as needed.
21. Inspect the wiring and control circuit.
22. Check coil temperature drops.
23. Cycle equipment to check for proper operation.
24. Give a written diagnostic report with findings.
